So while you're looking at what the station was like in early 2006, why don't you take a look at the last 10 songs they played (as of this writing) today. Anything different about their playlists then and now?

3. Sublime- What I Got
4. Death Cab for Cutie- Black Sun
5. Coldplay- Viva La Vida
6. Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness- Cecilia and the Satellite
7. Green Day- Brain Stew/Jaded
8. The Neighbourhood- Sweater Weather
9. Phoenix- Lisztomania
10. Muse- Dead Inside
Me personally? I feel like the element of surprise is gone, as all of these are songs you could hear on any of the remaining alternative stations across the country. It's hard for the station to sound less mainstream these days when the sound they were pushing nearly a decade ago has become the dominant form of alternative and has even broken through to the top 40 in several instances.
On the other hand, they are still playing Death Cab for Cutie and Green Day a lot, so nothing's changed there.
